Please be advised that the final deadline for any room changes within the student dormitories is Monday, October 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Kindly note that no requests for room changes will be processed after this date and time.

This decision has been made to finalize accommodation arrangements, organize dormitory capacity, and prevent disruptions to administrative and service processes. Therefore, all students wishing to change their rooms are urged to complete the necessary procedures within the specified timeframe.
